Due to the medical nature of contact lenses, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, sealed in their original packaging, and in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened lens boxes in a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided return label and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
